Pay: Competitive hourly rate + 15% shift differential for 3rd shift
Schedule: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
About the Role
Are you an experienced CNC machinist looking for a stable career with great benefits and extra pay for night shifts? You’ll set up and operate CNC machines, ensure precision, and take pride in producing high-quality parts.
What You’ll Do
- Perform your own CNC machine setups
- Operate milling or turning machines
- Conduct your own quality checks to ensure accuracy
- Work primarily with steel and aluminum (plastics facility nearby)
What We’re Looking For
- Strong CNC setup experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Solid math skills
- Familiarity with G-code and precision machining
- Experience building parts for valves is a plus

Work Environment
Our facility manufactures precision valves for fuel systems and turbines. You’ll work in a clean, organized environment focused on quality and innovation.
Interview Availability: Candidates must be available for interviews between 5:00–6:30 AM to meet with the 3rd shift manager.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Deerfield Beach, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
