Your Role as Culinary Lead:
As the Culinary Lead, you will be the driving force behind our kitchen operations. You’ll oversee the preparation, presentation, and consistency of food offerings, ensuring every customer enjoys a premium dining experience. From menu development to food safety, you’ll combine your culinary expertise with leadership skills to maintain excellence in every detail.
Key Responsibilities:
???? Menu & Food Quality

Develop and execute innovative menu offerings aligned with 4 Points’ upscale brand.

Oversee daily food preparation, ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
???? Operations & Compliance

Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and stock rotation (FIFO).

Oversee opening/closing duties, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Maintain strict compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
???? Team Training & Collaboration

Train and mentor Store Associates assisting in the kitchen.

Support new hire training on store procedures and culinary standards.

Partner with management to refine culinary programs based on feedback and sales.
???? Cost Control & Support

Monitor food costs and labor budgets, implementing cost-control strategies.

Step in to support Store Associates during peak business periods.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Food Handler’s or ServSafe Manager Certification required.

3–5 years of culinary/food service leadership experience.

Experience in upscale, fast-casual, or high-volume environments preferred.
Physical Requirements:

Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Stand, walk, and move for extended periods.

Work in kitchen environments with heat, cold, and sharp objects.
