Toddler Teacher The Learning Experience, Mandarin (Jacksonville, FL)
Full-Time | MondayFriday | No Nights or Weekends
Pay: $16.00$19.00 per hour (based on education and experience)
The Learning Experience of Mandarin Jacksonville, FL is looking for an energetic and nurturing Toddler Teacher to join our amazing team! If you have a passion for early childhood education and love watching young learners explore, discover, and grow, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
As a Toddler Teacher, youll help guide children through some of their most exciting developmental stagesbuilding independence, curiosity, and confidence through play-based learning and hands-on activities.
What Youll Do:
- Create a warm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom for toddlers (ages 12 years).
- Implement The Learning Experiences proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum that encourages exploration, movement, and creativity.
- Support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth through structured and free play.
- Maintain open communication with families, providing daily updates and milestone achievements.
- Ensure the safety, cleanliness, and well-being of every child in your care.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of professional childcare experience (1+ year preferred).
- CDA, Associate, or higher degree in Early Childhood Education preferred; High school diploma/GED required.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Must meet Florida childcare licensing requirements.
