Job Summary: Equipment Maintenance

We are seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Equipment Maintenance Worker to support our heavy equipment rental operations. This position is responsible for performing routine maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs on a variety of construction and industrial equipment to ensure it is clean, safe, and ready for rental.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform basic maintenance on equipment such as oil changes, filter replacements, fluid top-offs, and lubrication.
• Inspect equipment for wear and damage; report findings to supervisors or mechanics.
• Clean, organize, and prepare equipment for customer delivery or return to inventory.
• Assist in diagnosing minor mechanical issues and perform small-scale repairs under supervision.
• Ensure all safety procedures and company standards are followed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks and equipment condition.
• Operate forklifts or other light machinery as needed to move equipment.
• Assist mechanics and shop staff with more advanced repairs as required.
• Keep work area clean and organized.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with tools.
• Previous experience in equipment maintenance, automotive service, or similar field preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Valid driver’s license required, forklift certification a plus.

Position Type: Full Time Temp to Perm

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 depending on experience

Schedule: 7am-5pm
