Compensation

Hourly Pay (Based on Experience):

• Less than 1 year: $29.56/hr

• 1 year: $31.04/hr

• 2–3 years: $32.52/hr

• 4–5 years: $33.99/hr

• 6–7 years: $35.47/hr

• 9–10+ years: $36.95/hr

• 16+ years: $40.65/hr

Shift Differentials:

• Nights (12-hour shifts): +$4.25/hr

• Weekends: +$3.00/hr

Sign-On & Relocation

• $20,000 Sign-On Bonus

• Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRTs) to join a high-acuity, multi-campus acute care environment serving the Ocala, Florida region. This role provides exposure to trauma, stroke, cardiovascular, and emergency services, offering an excellent opportunity for respiratory therapists to expand and advance their acute care expertise.

Both RRT and qualified CRT candidates will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive respiratory care services to patients across all age groups

• Set up, administer, and monitor routine and advanced respiratory therapy treatments

• Operate and manage acute care ventilators for short- and long-term mechanical ventilation

• Assess patient respiratory status and modify therapy based on clinical response

• Accurately document care and assessments in the electronic medical record (EMR)

• Function independently during off-shift hours while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams

• Adhere to clinical protocols, patient safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent or current acute care respiratory therapy experience

• CRT candidates will be considered

• Active Florida Respiratory Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain)

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential preferred

• Strong clinical judgment with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospital setting
