Position Overview
We’re hiring a Website Manager & Strategic Partner to work onsite at our West Palm Beach office and lead the growth of our e-commerce operation. You’ll own the digital strategy, manage web content, run SEO/SEM campaigns, and drive regional traffic and conversions.
This role comes with a competitive $80,000 base salary, plus quarterly commissions tied to online enhanced order performance, and a year-end bonus based on total growth.
Top performers can earn between $300K–$350K annually.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Website Management: Maintain and update product listings, banners, landing pages, and promotions.
- SEO/SEM: Lead organic and paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) to drive qualified traffic.
- Conversion Optimization: Improve the customer journey and increase wholesale order conversions online.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs and ROI using Google Analytics, GA4, and similar tools.
- Local Traffic Focus: Strategically grow digital conversions from the West Palm Beach market.
- In-House Collaboration: Work onsite with leadership, sales, and marketing teams daily.
- Promotional Campaign Execution: Plan and execute seasonal, holiday, and product-specific online promotions.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Product Launch Coordination: Oversee the digital rollout of new products and categories on the website.
- UX/UI Feedback: Identify and communicate improvements needed in website design, layout, or mobile responsiveness.
- Email & Retargeting Support: Assist in creating and optimizing email marketing campaigns and retargeting ads to bring customers back.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, website management, or e-commerce.
- Expertise in SEO, Google Ads, paid media, and conversion strategy.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify.
- Strong analytical, creative, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Willingness to be fully onsite in West Palm Beach.
- B2B/Wholesale experience is a major plus.
