Job Summary
We are seeking a Systems Analyst to join our team! As a System Analyst, you will be looking at the companys current policies and procedures and seek places to improve and close efficiency gaps. You will also design new information systems for the organization, work with other departments and professionals, ensure every system the company has is secure and up to date, and troubleshoot user issues as they arise. The ideal candidate has experience with IT and systems, strong problem- and puzzle-solving skills, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Review company policies, procedures, and systems, and identify room for improvement
- Suggest and implement new systems and procedures to improve efficiency and safety
- Manage integrations across CRM, POS, and eCommerce systems.
- Implement automation to enhance operational efficiency.
- Perform regular technical audits and fraud prevention activities.
- Provide training and ongoing technical support to internal teams.
- Quickly resolve technical incidents to minimize disruptions.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure every system is up to date and secure
- Prepare quarterly and annual reports for stakeholders and upper management on system performance and architecture
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise
Qualifications
- Degree in computer science or equivalent field desired
- Strong communication skills desired
- Experience working in IT and with systems architecture desired
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Zoho, Lightspeed, WooCommerce, Zapier.
