Position Title: Cabinetry & Furniture Finishing Technician
General Summary
Responsible for final punch and finish cabinetry repairs for semi-custom builder.
Essential Job Functions
- Perform high- quality finish work on cabinetry and furniture, including touch-ups, refinishing, and repairs.
- Work with both painted and stained surfaces to ensure a flawless finish.
- Accurately match colors and sheens to maintain consistency with existing pieces and design specifications.
- Coordinate and schedule daily work efficiently to support projects throughout Central Florida.
- Other duties as assigned to ensure customer satisfaction.
Education and Experience
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Vast experience with cabinetry and furniture finish work.
3. Quality control on finish work.
4. Valid Florida driver’s license and clean driving record to drive company issued vehicle.
Other Requirements
1. Ability to coordinate work throughout Central Florida.
2. This role would require the ability to lift, push, and/or pull loads in excess of 50 lb.
3. This role would require the ability to kneel, crouch, stoop, crawl for extended periods.
4. This role would require the ability to use hands to handle and/or control tools for extended periods.
5. Fundamental mathematical comprehension required.
6. Ability to manage multiple deadlines required.
7. Travel required: daily travel required.
