Position Overview:
As a Commercial Roofing Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of roofing projects from planning to completion. You'll be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple commercial roofing projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate with clients, field crews, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality.
- Resolve issues and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in commercial roofing project management.
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, Modified Bitumen, etc.).
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
- OSHA certification preferred.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites.
