Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Position: Electrician Leadman
Pay Range: $27.00 – $32.00/hour
We’re looking for motivated and experienced Electrician Leadmen to join our Martin County job sites. As a Leadman, you’ll work closely with Lead Electricians and Foremen to coordinate, schedule, and execute high-quality electrical work. This is a leadership-support role ideal for someone who’s organized, forward-thinking, and team-oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in running jobs up to 1,200 hours
- Lay out work, schedule tasks, and coordinate materials
- Provide direction and mentorship to crew members
- Track project progress and assign work appropriately
- Utilize tech tools for scheduling and coordination
- Ensure job site safety and cleanliness at all times
- Maintain a professional and client-friendly attitude
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in the electrical field
- 1+ year of leadership experience in the field
- Must have appropriate tools for the trade
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
