Join the Village Montessori Team in Miami!

Village Montessori is seeking a reliable, solution-oriented, and nurturing Preschool Assistant Teacher (Floater) to support classrooms serving children from infants to age 6. This position requires flexibility, a positive attitude, and the ability to work until 6:00 p.m. each day.

You’ll be responsible for floating between classrooms at our two nearby campuses, helping cover lunches, teacher absences, and providing support wherever needed. During downtime, you’ll assist in the school office with administrative tasks.

Requirements:
– Experience working with young children
– Willingness to support multiple age groups (infant through kindergarten)
– Able to work both campuses as needed
– Fluent English required
– Punctual, proactive, and team-oriented

Pay: $16–$20 per hour, based on experience
