Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee various construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the project, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from planning through execution and completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide project updates and resolve issues.
- Prepare and submit project documentation including proposals, reports, and financial forecasts.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project standards throughout all phases of construction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, specifically in commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
