Minimum 1+ years Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist experience and ARRT certification required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A contract opportunity is available for an Interventional Radiologic Technologist in Gulf Breeze, FL. This role offers a chance to apply your imaging expertise in a dynamic healthcare environment while working a balanced schedule with every fourth weekend rotation.
Key Qualifications:
- Active AART certification
- Valid Florida RT license
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Proven experience in Interventional Radiology imaging techniques
Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic imaging procedures with a focus on interventional radiology
- Prepare and maintain imaging equipment to ensure safety and accuracy
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to facilitate patient care
- Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Adhere to practice protocols to optimize patient outcomes
Schedule/Hours:
- 40 hours per week
- Every 4th weekend rotation required
