<p>Instructors are responsible for leveraging their expertise to deliver education services to students through:</p>
<ul>
<li>Planning and organizing instructional methods and resources</li>
<li>Programmatic accreditation (if applicable)</li>
<li>Facilitating student engagement in the classroom/learning environment</li>
<li>Working one-on-one with students</li>
<li>Assessing students and providing developmental feedback</li>
</ul>
<p>Job Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>Must have a PhD in Counseling and Supervision, preferably from a CACREP accredited institution.</li>
<li>Requires residency travel 3 weekends per year</li>
<li>Must have a counseling license in good standing</li>
<li>2-5 years of professional experience</li>
