LHH is seeking a Commercial Litigation Legal Assistant to join a reputable firm in Miami, FL. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience supporting attorneys in complex business and commercial litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day litigation and administrative support to attorneys handling commercial disputes.

Draft, format, and proofread pleadings, discovery documents, motions, and correspondence.

File legal documents with state and federal courts via electronic filing systems.

Organize and maintain case files, discovery materials, and exhibits.

Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.

Manage attorney calendars, track deadlines, and assist with case scheduling.

Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience as a litigation legal assistant, with a strong background in commercial/business litigation.

Thorough knowledge of litigation procedures, state and federal court rules, and e-filing practices.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case/document management software.

Ability to work independently while thriving in a fast-paced team environment.

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year
