Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience)

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Engineering CADD Technician to join our team in our Deerfield Beach office.
Position Overview: The Engineering CADD Technician will assist project engineers by preparing construction drawings and plans for civil infrastructure projects including water, sewer, drainage, roadway, and site development. The role requires a strong command of AutoCAD Civil 3D, a solid understanding of engineering design principles, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
· Produce construction drawings, plan sets, and technical details for civil engineering projects
· Prepare utility, grading, and drainage plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D
· Interpret and apply engineering markups and redlines
· Assist in compiling drawing sets and supporting documentation for permitting and construction
· Coordinate with engineers and project managers to ensure drawings are consistent with project requirements
· Maintain organized digital file structures and follow company CAD standards
· Ensure accuracy and quality of work while meeting schedules and deadlines
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil engineering drafting
· Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D (latest version required)
· Familiarity with civil engineering infrastructure such as water, sewer, stormwater, and roadway systems
· Ability to read and understand engineering plans and specifications
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
