Seeking a full time or part time experienced Security Guard for a luxury full service condominium on Palm Beach. Must be available evening and overnight shifts, weekends and holidays. Drug Free Workplace. High rise experience preferred. Competitive hourly rate.
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Ability to physically lift, bend, stoop, climb and reach</li>
<li>Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time</li>
<li>Ability to present pleasant and polite manner for dealing with residents, guest and staff, as well as public</li>
<li>Maintain valid State of Florida driver's license</li>
<li>Ability to use good judgment in recognizing scope of authority</li>
<li>Ability to write clearly and neatly</li>
<li>Basic computer skills and be able to use the database system</li>
<li>Ability to remember residents and unit locations in a reasonable period of time</li>
<li>Ability to be flexible and fill in shifts vacant in other departments</li>
