We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding personal injury and property damage law firm, is seeking both Trial Attorneys and Litigation Attorneys to join our Florida teams. With offices in Miami, Orlando, and Boca Raton, candidates can choose the location that best fits their needs.

Open Positions???? Trial Attorney

• Location: Miami, Orlando, or Boca Raton (candidate's choice)

• Experience Required:

  • 5+ years of Plaintiff Personal Injury experience

  • Minimum of 5 jury trials as first chair

• Salary Range: Up to $200,000, based on experience

???? Litigation Attorney

• Location: Miami, Orlando, or Boca Raton (candidate's choice)

• Experience Required:

  • 3 to 5 years of Personal Injury Litigation experience

• Salary Range: Up to $150,000-$160,000, based on experience

Position Responsibilities (Both Roles):

• Represent clients in personal injury cases from inception through resolution or trial

• Maintain regular communication with clients and demonstrate empathy, trustworthiness, and professionalism

• Prepare and argue motions, attend hearings, conduct depositions, and draft pleadings and legal documents

• Evaluate claims and work directly with insurance companies to negotiate settlements

• For Trial Attorneys: Prepare cases for trial and serve as 1st chair when required

Qualifications (All Candidates):

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

• Member in good standing with the Florida Bar

• Excellent litigation and negotiation skills

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
