Registered Nurse (RN) – IV Therapy
About DripDoc
DripDoc is a wellness platform that provides IV therapy as a service to established health, wellness, and hospitality businesses throughout Central and South Florida. Instead of traditional mobile or concierge care, we partner with gyms, fitness studios, spas, recovery centers, and medical/wellness clinics to deliver IV therapy on-site at professional partner locations.
This model allows nurses to travel less, see more clients per shift, and work in consistent, established environments—while DripDoc handles the medical oversight, compliance, supplies, and operational infrastructure.
Position Overview
DripDoc is seeking experienced, professional Registered Nurses (RNs) to administer IV therapy and vitamin injections at partner locations. Nurses work independently under the supervision of our Medical Director and are responsible for delivering safe, high-quality care while representing the DripDoc brand with professionalism and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities
- Administer IV therapy and/or vitamin injections to clients at partner locations
- Perform patient assessments and screenings in accordance with clinical protocols
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation using DripDoc’s HIPAA-compliant EHR
- Monitor patients during treatment and respond appropriately to any changes in condition
- Communicate effectively with patients, partner staff, DripDoc operations, and the Medical Director
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA, safety, and infection control standards
- Process payments using Square or coordinate with partner location workflows, as applicable
- Represent DripDoc with professionalism in wellness, fitness, and hospitality environments
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida
- IV insertion and therapy experience strongly preferred
- ER, ICU, critical care, infusion, or similar backgrounds are a plus
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy
- Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills
- Professional demeanor suitable for retail and wellness environments
- Satisfactory Level 2 Background Screening
- Reliable transportation for local travel between partner locations
Compensation
- Estimated hourly earnings: $40–$100/hour
- Independent contractor (1099) role
- Earnings are based on appointment volume during scheduled shifts
- 100% of client tips retained by the nurse
- No cap on earning potential
- Actual hourly earnings vary based on availability, location demand, and scheduling
Phantom Units
- A long-term incentive plan (LTIP) and type of deferred compensation whereby phantom units are awarded to a worker of the company.
- Phantom units are earned based on an explicit formula detailed in the phantom unit plan document.
- Upon redemption, holders of phantom units, who remain in good standing with the company, receive a cash payment/bonus. A redemption event occurs during a direct listing, initial public offering (IPO), or acquisition.
- Note: Phantom equity/units will be offered to top performers as part of a long-term incentive program.

Independent Contractor Status
This is a 1099 independent contractor role. Nurses operate their own business within the DripDoc platform. We provide the systems, protocols, and brand support; you maintain control over your schedule and availability.
