- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU Registered Nurse experience\n
- Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications\n
- Ability to secure housing within 50 miles of Key West healthcare facility (address required)\n
- AHCA clearance required for Florida healthcare placements\n

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit\n
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions using EMR systems\n
- Administer medications and manage life-support equipment\n
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans\n
- Deliver compassionate support to patients and families\n
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment in accordance with hospital and healthcare policies\n
