Experienced Computer & Cell Phone Technician
Geekmatics – Palm Harbor, FL Full-Time | In-Store | Immediate Start
Are you a pro at micro-screws and motherboard diagnostics? Geekmatics is looking for a seasoned Technician to join our team. This is a high-volume shop where quality and speed are equally valued.
IMPORTANT: This is not an entry-level position. Fixing your family’s computers or watching YouTube tutorials does not qualify as professional experience. We are looking for a tech who has spent at least 2 years working in a retail repair store environment and can hit the ground running without supervision. Must live within 20 minutes of Palm Harbor so commute and being on time is not a problem.

Candidate Requirements
- Proven Retail Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a dedicated tech repair storefront.
- Hardware Mastery: Deep knowledge of internal components for iPhones, Androids, MacBooks, and PCs.
- Problem Solver: Ability to diagnose complex software/OS issues without needing a "walk-through."
- Reliability: Must be punctual, professional, and available to work weekends (the busiest time for our industry).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for customer interaction.
- Must be available for weekend shifts (10 am to 2 PM)
