Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med Surg team in Bradenton, FL. This is an excellent opportunity to provide quality patient care in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The RN will be responsible for delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care, supporting patient recovery, and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure the highest standards of care.


Compensation & Incentives:

  • Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 for Days / $15,000 for Nights
  • Night Differential: $4.75/hr
  • Weekend Differential: $3.00/hr
  • National Certification Differential: $2.00/hr


Education & Licensure Requirements:

  • Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
  • Current Florida State RN license or compact state RN license (required)
  • Current BLS Certification from the American Red Cross (HCA chosen provider) or American Heart Association (required)
  • ACLS preferred; required within 6 months of hire


Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of RN experience (hospital acute care preferred; LTACH, Home Health, and Rehab experience considered)
  • Strong critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service and effective communication skills
  • Ability to perform physical work, including frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, and lifting patients/equipment up to 50 pounds
