Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years MRI experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A contract position is available for an MRI technologist skilled in imaging procedures using GE equipment. This role is based in West Palm Beach, FL, with a schedule requiring coverage on Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. The position involves working in a well-equipped unit within a 289-bed hospital facility, using the Meditech documentation system.
Qualifications:
- ARRT certification
- MRI certification
- Florida Department of Health license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Proven MRI experience with advanced skills in the field
Responsibilities:
- Perform MRI procedures following hospital protocols
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in Meditech
- Follow unit guidelines and maintain the required dress code, including black scrubs
- Collaborate effectively with unit secretaries and tech staff for patient care
- Adhere to patient experience standards and hospital policies
