IT Administrator reports to the Vice President and will be responsible for coordinating, assigning, and directing assigned projects of the IT department including coordinating with the Repair Stations to ensure continuous workflow of LGT assets. IT Administrator will also be responsible for coordinating Quantum training at our facility. In addition, you will lead the process relating to the IT Duties and responsibilities and ensuring that all tasks are closed properly, and you will perform additional duties as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Monitoring and maintaining all PC’s, Laptops, Printers, and Servers.
• Managing all Network Switches, Firewalls, Modems, VoIP Equipment, and Access points.
• Managing Security systems such as Surveillance Cameras, NVRs, and Access Control.
• Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software.
• Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
• Creating user accounts and performing access control.
• Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
• Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.
• Managing online and local backups.
• Develop and Implement TI SOPs in accordance with the industry best practices.
• Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures.
• Designing and implementing efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems.
• Trouble shooting technical support issues related to IT.
• Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.

For Server Duties:
• Managing onsite and online backups.
• Trouble shooting.
• Server upgrades/updates.
• Managing Antivirus software.
• Managing Domain access.
For Network Duties:
• Trouble shooting network issues.
• Managing all network switches/Access points.
• Managing Firewalls/Routers.
• Managing Modems.
• Managing/monitoring bandwidth/internet usage.
• Managing Security Cameras/NVRs.
• Minor Trouble shooting of VoIP Phone issues.
