$80,000 - $100,000+ at plan commission
Responsibilities:
- Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction
- Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
- Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market
- Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results
- Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget
- Connection Over Transaction: Host open houses where you’re not just selling a property but understanding an individual’s dreams
- Be the Bridge: Guide both the buyer and the seller to a happy ending, ensuring a seamless transaction process
- Follow-Up, Don’t Chase: Keep in touch with leads through thoughtful communication, turning prospects into long-term clients
Qualifications:
- Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred
- Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
- Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
- Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends
