Uncapped Earnings: Average for starting agents ranges from $3,500–$6,500/mo; experienced agents earn $14K+ Bonuses

Your Mission

☎️ Lead Outreach: Execute cold, warm, and inbound/outbound calling strategies on high-quality leads

Deal Qualification: Uncover seller motivations; gather property condition & valuation data

✍️ Offer & Close: Negotiate terms, draft FAR/BAR contracts, and drive acquisitions to completion

Relationship Building: Cultivate rapport with sellers and agents and manage throughout the escrow period

KPI Management: Exceed monthly quotas; maintain accurate activity and results tracking

Team Collaboration: Share insights in weekly meetings
