Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Details:
\n
• Work in cardiac catheterization laboratory with 4 rooms, 1 patient per room
\n• Maintain 1:1 patient ratios
\n• Day shift includes 1 Charge RN, Director, 4 staff members per room, 16 total per shift
\n• Night shift operates on-call team with 3 members per call team, 7 total
\n• On-call responsibilities are frequent - must be flexible and adapt to unit needs
\n• Work with all GE equipment rooms and GE Innova systems
\n• Use Meditech and MacLab EMR systems
\n• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT
\n• Must be competent in Special Procedures and GE Innova
\n• RCIS certification preferred
\n• Perform typical procedures including cardiac catheterization, cerebral angiograms, stents, balloons, ENT lab procedures, and scrubbing
\n• Fast-paced environment requiring critical thinking skills and patient care focus
\n• Must be a team player able to work with close-knit team
\n• Dress code requires red and gray scrubs in Cath and EP Labs (unit scrubs available)
