This is a hands-on technician role. You’re in the field cleaning carpets, tile, upholstery, and other surfaces. You run your van like it’s your own, with support behind you.

We are looking for a personable, hard-working, and experienced carpet cleaning technician to join our team.


You'll be responsible for visiting businesses and customers' homes, assessing their needs, and determining the best cleaning solutions to get the job done.


The ideal candidate is committed to providing excellent customer service. When necessary, you’ll upsell additional carpet cleaning services.

Compensation:

$38,000 - $65,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Go to customers’ homes and businesses and survey their carpets and floors
  • Lift and move all furniture to clean area, and then reset
  • Look for opportunities to upsell customers on additional carpet cleaning services
  • Identify hard-to-clean spots and use stain removers and pre-cleaning treatments
  • Employ a series of techniques, solutions, tools, and equipment to clean floors and carpet

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year previous experience in carpet cleaning
  • Applicant must have high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to safely move heavy furniture and equipment (50+ lbs), and stand most of your workday
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively, and provide exceptional customer service
  • Driver’s license and clean driving record required
