At Antique Automobile Radio, Inc., we specialize in hand-building authentic-looking radios with modern internals for classic vehicles. Our team takes pride in craftsmanship and precision. We’re currently seeking full-time Radio Assemblers to join our growing operation in Palm Harbor, Florida.
About the Role:
As a Radio Assembler, you’ll work in a collaborative, hands-on manufacturing environment, building subassemblies and front units using hand and small power tools. You’ll follow production notes and samples to create high-quality products for classic car enthusiasts.
Responsibilities
- Assemble radio units using hand and power tools
- Follow production notes and physical samples to build subassemblies
- Perform light soldering
- Inspect components for defects and ensure high-quality output
- Maintain a clean, organized, and self-sufficient work area (including taking detailed notes and/or photos for future build reference)
- Work collaboratively to meet daily production goals and solve problems as they arise
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Some soldering experience required
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Must have reliable transportation and be dependable
- Strong ability to follow instructions and recognize product imperfections
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- A background check will be conducted prior to employment. We do not hire individuals with violent criminal convictions or felony offenses.

- Competitive salary $18-$20/hr (depending on skill level) plus a raise after completing our 60-day probation period with many opportunities for raises along the way
