Job Overview
We’re hiring a versatile Drywall Repair Technician to join our dynamic team. While drywall experience is a plus, it’s not required—we provide comprehensive training along with all the tools and materials you’ll need to succeed. What matters most is your reliability, work ethic, and desire to deliver top-tier customer service.

In this role, you’ll handle a variety of tasks while creating a positive experience for every customer. You’ll play a key role in helping us build a strong, reliable brand that homeowners trust across Northwest Florida.

Responsibilities

• Perform drywall repairs including patching, sanding, texturing, and finishing to high standards
• Assist in a variety of trades: painting and minor carpentry
• Engage with customers in a professional, respectful manner to ensure satisfaction
• Help train and support coworkers, contributing to a safe and efficient work environment
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety protocols
• Use company software for documentation, invoicing, and job tracking
• Take pride in delivering quality work on time, every time

Minimum Requirements

• Two (2) years of customer service experience
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to the office (company vehicle provided for job sites)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various indoor conditions
• Clean criminal background (no felonies related to violence, theft, or sexual offense)
