A Property Management Company in North Miami Beach is seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant with experience in property management software. AppFolio experience is strongly preferred.
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working in a customer service–focused environment. This role requires regular interaction with tenants, vendors, and team members, so strong communication skills in both English and Spanish are essential. The right candidate works well with others, prioritizes tasks efficiently, and maintains a professional and friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities Include:
- Providing administrative support to the property management team
- Communicating with tenants and customers in person, by phone, and via email
- Assisting with property management software and office systems
- Occasional visits to apartment buildings as needed
Requirements:
- Valid Florida Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish
- Experience with AppFolio Property Management Software (preferred)
- Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and internet-based tools
- CAM license is a plus but not required
- Professional phone etiquette
- Appropriate dress for a casual office environment
- Flexible schedule
Hours:
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
