Medical Assistant Starting Oct 1, 2025

Physician Office Full time 40 hr week on site job

Previous clinical experience required and excellent personal skills

Location: Miami Beach, FL

Office Tasks:

• Answer phone calls

• Schedule patients

• Check Patients in & out

• Register Patients

• Experience with EHR (Electronic Health Records)

• Experience with Excel, Word, Google Drive etc.

• Prep medical charts

• Check Faxes & Voicemails

Clinical Tasks:

• Lab handling/phlebotomy is a plus

• Create Orders (Lab & Imaging)

• Check the schedule the day before and ensure all labs/reports are in

the patient's chart prior.

• Bring patients in and do vital signs

• Review pending medications with provider
