This role supports our entire portfolio by blending technical support, software expertise, training, and onsite collaboration.

What You’ll Do

As an IT Support Specialist, you’ll provide Level 2 technical support and functional software training across the Advenir Azora portfolio. You’ll work closely with site teams, accounting, home office, and leadership to ensure systems are reliable, efficient, and user-friendly.

IT Support & Systems

  • Keep all services and features in Entrata running smoothly.
  • Prioritize and resolve support cases while meeting SLAs (90%+ monthly).
  • Maintain property functionality settings, forms, and global system changes.
  • Document and follow up on all cases with accuracy and consistency.
  • Set up equipment, operating systems, and software for property use.
  • Troubleshoot VOIP phone systems, printers, networks, routers, Wi-Fi, and IP addresses.

Accounting, Data & Migrations

  • Support AR (AME), AP, and pre-close processes.
  • Assist accounting and property teams with resolving FMO errors.
  • Manage data migrations and post-migration tasks for new acquisitions.
  • Perform file audits as requested.

Training & User Enablement

  • Create user IDs and training cases for new hires.
  • Deliver 1-on-1 training (virtual or on-site).
  • Conduct role-specific on-site training and site visits.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for new policies and procedures.
  • Understand and support Leasing Professionals and Community Managers in their daily workflows.

Projects & Collaboration

  • Own and complete assigned action items on the IT Project Plan.
  • Provide weekly project updates to the CTO and stakeholders.
  • Communicate changes clearly before implementation.
  • Share ideas, improve processes, and contribute as a strong team player.
