LHH is currently seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Paralegal / Legal Assistant to join a well-regarded law firm in Naples, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional to contribute to a busy practice supporting attorneys in estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft and prepare estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents.

  • Assist with probate and trust administration, including preparing pleadings, accountings, and correspondence.

  • Maintain case files, client records, and deadlines.

  • Communicate with clients, courts, and financial institutions as needed.

  • Manage attorney calendars, scheduling, and document organization.

  • Provide general administrative and legal support to attorneys.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in trusts & estates, probate, or estate planning.

  • Knowledge of Florida probate and trust procedures.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.

  • Excellent communication and client service skills.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year
