-Assist and lead speed & athletic performance sessions
-Setup and maintain training equipment
-Track athlete progress and attendance
-Communicate with athletes and parents
-Represent the company professionally
-Lead group training sessions
-Handle all incoming inquiries for group or individual training sessions
Experience:
Former high school or college athlete (any sport)
1–3 years of coaching or training experience in a training facility, gym, high school, or college setting(paid or internship)
Qualifications
-Pursuing or completed a degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Administration, or related fields
-Knowledge of sprint mechanics and basic strength training
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
-Hold a valid or looking to complete any of these certifications: NSCA-CSCS, NASM-CPT, or USATF Level 1/2 certifications
Pay Information:
Hourly Pay structure between $15 - $30/hr based on experience/education
