Superintendent
Position Overview
The Superintendent will oversee all aspects of high end restaurant construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors effectively. All these restaurants will be in southern Florida in the tri-county area.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations on construction sites
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and laborers
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Review and approve project schedules and budgets
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and other stakeholders
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Experience in the luxury restaurant, country club, hotel, or resort construction projects is a must
