A reputable automotive dealership in West Palm Beach is looking for a dependable Billing Specialist to join their accounting team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys working with numbers and documentation.
Primary Duties
- Generate and process billing for vehicle transactions, including retail and wholesale deals
- Audit deal jackets for completeness and accuracy before finalizing billing
- Maintain up-to-date records of vehicle inventory and billing logs
- Communicate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies
- Prepare and issue invoices and statements to customers and vendors
- Support month-end reporting and reconciliation tasks
- Ensure compliance with dealership procedures and Florida regulations
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in dealership billing or automotive accounting preferred
- Familiarity with dealership management systems (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
