We are seeking a live in High Rise Condominium Manager with 3 to 5 years of previous experience to oversee daily operations, maintenance and administration of an 80 Unit Luxury building. The Manager will supervise and train a five person staff on a daily basis.

• Assists residents with their needs by developing a strong helpful staff including the manager. Has the ability to develop rapport with them.
• Manages outside contractors to achieve resident/building maintenance and related projects to building standards.
• Experienced in developing and maintaining annual operating budgets which achieves yearly financial objectives.
• Mechanical exposure to High Rise elevators, piping and HVAC systems is desired.
• Storm Mitigation experience is desired.
• Manager must be able to closely interact with the Association Board of Directors, employees and residents in a highly effective manner that demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills.
• Also enforces building rules and regulations which achieves overall safety and security.
• Licensed CAM manager and a member of appropriate professional organizations which demonstrates a thorough understanding of Florida condominium laws and regulations.
• Strong References required.
