Senior Director of FieldSync Initiatives
Reports To: Chief Strategy Officer (CSO)
Position Summary
The Senior Director of FieldSync Initiatives, positioned within the Global Transformation Office as the sales representative, serves as a senior-level conduit between It Works! independent distributor network (the field) and corporate functions, including marketing, product development, supply chain, finance, compliance, and HR.
Reporting directly to the CSO, this role drives cross-functional alignment to amplify distributor success and company growth. Without direct reports, the Senior Director leverages influence and strategic expertise to gather actionable feedback from distributors, lead high-impact initiatives like sales hustles and promotions, and translate field insights into corporate transformation strategies. This role ensures the sales perspective shapes It Works! global transformation agenda while maintaining agility in a fast-paced MLM environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Represent the sales organization within the Global Transformation Office, ensuring distributor priorities shape company-wide initiatives.
- Lead or co-chair task forces for global product launches, promotions, and operational improvements.
- Advocate for integrated tools and platforms to support distributor success.
- Field Feedback Collection & Analysis
- Gather distributor insights through surveys, events, and forums; analyze data to identify trends and strategic opportunities.
- Build relationships with top distributors to capture high-value feedback.
- Driving Sales Initiatives
- Partner with sales leadership to design and execute high-impact campaigns, promotions, and training enhancements.
- Track and report performance using KPIs such as revenue lift, enrollment growth, and retention rates.
- Translating Insights into Transformation
- Present synthesized field feedback to the C-suite to inform corporate strategy.
- Lead action plans to address gaps and communicate progress back to the field to build engagement and trust.
