Work Schedule & Location

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (additional days and hours may be required)
  • Location: 3850 Hollywood Blvd., Hollywood, FL

Your Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of over 25 Phlebotomists in Patient Service Centers and/or physician's offices.
  • Manage patient flow, wait times, and inventory levels.
  • Monitor monthly productivity and report any deviations.
  • Coordinate schedules creatively and resourcefully.
  • Handle operational duties such as payroll and performance appraisals.
  • Partner with Human Resources on employee relations and disciplinary actions.
  • Hire and train new phlebotomists.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, client office staff, and senior management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all patients and clients.
  • Assist in setting up new Patient Service Centers or Client Offices.
  • Resolve any patient or client issues.
  • Perform specimen collection and preparation when needed.
  • Travel to additional sites as necessary.

What We’re Looking For

To ensure the safety of our patients, this position requires successful completion of medical surveillance testing as part of the post-offer onboarding process. LabCorp will consider reasonable accommodations for medical contraindications/disabilities or religious beliefs.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is preferred.
  • Previous experience as a phlebotomist.
  • Valid Driver's License and good driving record.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working under minimal supervision.
  • Reliable transportation and clean driving record if applicable.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
  • Able to pass a standardized color blindness test.
