Pediatric Dental Assistant in Davie, FL

We are a friendly, fast-paced pediatric practice looking for a caring, upbeat Dental Assistant to join our clinical team of five assistants. We take pride in making our patients feel comfortable and part of our office family, and we need someone who values teamwork and positive energy.

Schedule

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Some (but not all) Fridays
• One Saturday per month: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  Team members usually arrive ~20 minutes before patient time and stay ~15–20 minutes after.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate: $20-25, depending on experience and pediatric assisting skills
• 401(k) with match

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist with all areas of pediatric clinical dentistry, including cleanings, check-ups, and growth treatment
• Help with patient chair-side
• 4-handed dentistry
• Make patients feel at ease and part of our dental “family”
• Work efficiently with a team of five clinical assistants
• Support our providers with treatment setup, instrument prep, and patient flow

Experience & Qualifications

• Pediatric assisting experience preferred, but willingness to train a motivated candidate
• Good communication, multitasking ability, and a friendly, upbeat attitude
• Reliable, flexible, and committed to quality patient care
