Seeking a qualified Paralegal to join our Real Estate division. The position requires a strong work ethic and great attitude. The position offers sophisticated clients, challenging work, a friendly work environment, and competitive compensation and benefits.
The Real Estate Paralegal will support attorneys working on wide range of commercial and residential real estate matters. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of working experience with real estate transactions, contracts, title insurance, and closings, from drafting through post-closing, preparing date timelines, closing checklists, closing statements, title and other affidavits, entity authorizations, survey review, title policies, etc.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent client service skills
Experience with handling commercial real estate matters
Notary Public (preferred)
Excellent proof-reading skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Proficiency with closing software and/or case management systems
Proficiency with calendaring, tracking and meeting deadlines
Ability to work well under pressure
