As part of CMC, you'll engage in learning across the steel and construction reinforcement industries while advancing your career. Be it conducting assessments in an office, piloting cranes, or solving critical technical tasks, our team supports you to succeed and excel.

  • Effective communication with team members and departments
  • Enforce safety protocols, adhering to regulations and PPE guidance
  • Collaboration with ARP Planners in maintenance scheduling
  • Active involvement in CMC Safety Programs
  • Diagnose and identify issues in systems with provided tools
  • Troubleshoot controls, including AC/DC motors, PLCs, and voltage systems
  • Oversee shop machinery and equipment maintenance
  • In-depth understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
  • Log repair activities and materials utilized in SAP
  • Conduct repairs, installations, and preventative work on machinery
  • Offer technical aid to colleagues in maintenance and production
  • Keep work environment organized and tidy
  • Employ SAP software for efficient maintenance operations
  • Utilize diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes and voltmeters

What We Seek in You

  • Proficiency to operate in a fast-paced setting
  • Walking, standing, and working at heights capabilities
  • Critical analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on AC/DC troubleshooting expertise required
  • Expertise in electrical controls maintenance and repairs
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance is beneficial
  • Experience with MRO systems and SAP advantageous
  • Solid understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and safety protocols
  • Flexible with shift patterns, including weekends and holidays

Educational Background

  • Essential: High School Diploma or GED
