Job DescriptionAbsolute Jobs is looking for an experienced Mobile Hydraulic Hose Technician to join our field service team in Stuart, FL. This position is ideal for a mechanically inclined, independent worker who takes pride in their craft and thrives in fast-paced environments. You’ll be responsible for removing damaged hydraulic hoses, fabricating new ones in the field using a fully equipped service truck, and reinstalling them on various heavy-duty trucks and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to mobile service calls across a wide range of industries
- Remove and replace hydraulic hoses on-site
- Use mobile equipment to fabricate new hoses
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic hydraulic issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your mobile workspace
- Communicate effectively with customers and provide top-tier service
- Available 24/7 for emergency calls and after-hours work
Qualifications:
- Experience in hydraulic hose repair or a similar mechanical field
- Must supply your own tools
- Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage your time
- Comfortable working outdoors and in various field conditions
