The Role in a Nutshell:

You’ll be at the forefront of clients’ search for their dream homes, wowing them with your communication skills and delivering memorable experiences that resonate. Your mission will be to seamlessly connect client desires with the perfect homes, laying the groundwork for our lead agents to wrap up the deal. Your role is crucial in turning homeownership dreams into reality, ensuring a smooth sail from the first showing to the closing day.

Compensation:

$25 - $50 hourly

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver memorable home-showing experiences to a variety of clients.
  • Identify and showcase properties that align with the lead agent’s and client’s vision.
  • Support the lead agent through key steps like inspections, walk-throughs, appraisals, and closings.
  • Work in sync with the team to convert leads into loyal clients, contributing to our growth in the market.
  • Foster strong connections with clients, enhancing their experience and journey with our team.
  • Promote a supportive and collaborative team environment where everyone’s contribution is valued.

Qualifications:

  • A Real Estate License.
  • A valid driver’s license and vehicle for client showings and meetings.
  • Exceptional communication skills to build and nurture client relationships.
  • Organizational prowess, managing multiple clients and properties with ease.
  • A positive, engaging personality that resonates with clients and team members alike.
  • Adaptability to meet the changing demands of the real estate market.
