<p>Job Description<strong>SITE SUPERVISOR JOB DESCRIPTION/ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<br><br></strong><strong>*APLICANT MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE BUILDING GROUD UP RESIDENTIAL CONSTUCTION (IDEALLY FOR A GC, BUILDER, OR DEVELOPER)</strong><br>·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Maintain of schedule for all aspect of construction·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Hold pre-construction meetings with subcontractors·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Walk projects under construction to ensure quality of construction, progress of construction and readiness for next trade·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Ensure cleanliness on job sites·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Approve invoices for completed work in place to forward to Purchasing Department&nbsp;·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Solicit proposals for subcontractor’s non-contract work that may be required for Purchasing review·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Quality control of all aspects of construction·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;OSHA compliance on job sites.·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Customer relations and new home orientations·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Supervise laborers and Assistant Construction Managers·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Schedule inspections with municipalities&nbsp;·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Ensure readiness for inspections and meet with applicable municipal inspectors during inspection process.&nbsp;</p>
