Job DescriptionTrabajamos con una planta de fabricación de alimentos en el sur de Orlando que busca Técnicos de Mantenimiento Industrial calificados para el 2.º o 3.er turno. ***Se requiere español bilingüe.*** Descripción: El Técnico de Mantenimiento debe tener conocimientos básicos de Sistemas Mecánicos Industriales, Sistemas Hidráulicos/Neumáticos, Sistemas Eléctricos y de Control, y Soldadura (TIG, MIG). Debe ser capaz de trabajar en equipo o individualmente. Debe cumplir con todas las normas de seguridad de la empresa (BLOQUEO/ETIQUETADO, ETC.) y las Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (BPM). • Asegurarse de que se completen todas las tareas de mantenimiento industrial diarias asignadas. • Asegurarse de que las líneas de producción estén en buen estado mecánico. • Ayudar a otros equipos (Producción, Calidad, cuando sea necesario). • Seguir siempre las Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (BPM) y las Prácticas de Seguridad. • Configurar, inspeccionar visualmente y probar la maquinaria y el equipo. • Escuchar ruidos inusuales de máquinas o equipos para detectar fallas y discutir las variaciones en el funcionamiento de las máquinas con los supervisores u otro personal para diagnosticar problemas o repararlas. • Desmonta máquinas y equipos defectuosos e instala piezas nuevas o reparadas. • Limpia y lubrica ejes, cojinetes, engranajes y otras piezas de la maquinaria. • Repara y mantiene la estructura física del establecimiento. ***Debe ser capaz de resolver problemas y trabajar con sistemas PLC (Allen Bradley).*** Habilidades y Cualificaciones Adicionales: Cualificaciones • Diploma de bachillerato o equivalente y más de 2 años de experiencia relacionada en mantenimiento mecánico industrial o en la industria alimentaria. • Debe ser competente en al menos tres de las siguientes áreas: - Sistemas Mecánicos Industriales (Hornos, Mezcladoras, Manejo/Entrega de Ingredientes, Sistemas de Transporte/Envasado de Productos). - Sistemas Eléctricos Industriales (120 V-480 V, Trifásico). - Sistemas de control de bajo voltaje (24 V-120 V), experiencia con PLC y VFD (resolución de problemas, instalación, programación básica). - Soldadura/Fabricación (TIG, MIG). - Sistemas de Climatización (HVAC), Sistemas de Refrigeración Industrial. Mantenimiento de Edificios (carpintería básica, drywall, plomería) • Capacidad para trabajar eficazmente en equipo e interactuar productivamente con personal de todos los niveles y contratistas externos. • Debe contar con sus propias herramientas manuales; la empresa proporciona las herramientas y el equipo del taller. • Capacidad para operar montacargas, elevadores Genie o de tijera. • Comprender y seguir instrucciones orales y escritas. • Capacidad para leer y ejecutar órdenes de trabajo, redactar informes diarios y traducir manuales de equipos. Horario: 2.º turno: 14:00-22:00 3.er turno: 22:00-6:00 ***Debido a la alta producción actual, se requiere trabajar los fines de semana. Tendrás dos días libres entre semana*** Salario: $25-28 la hora, según experiencia

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $34.00/hr.
