With over 20 years of experience, they specialize in exclusive, detail-driven estates ranging from 8,000–10,000 sq. ft. and valued up to $30M each.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing luxury custom home builds
• 6–10 years in a construction management or leadership role
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes project environments

Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Manage day-to-day site operations, keeping projects on schedule and on budget
• Safety & Quality Control: Enforce jobsite safety protocols and ensure all work meets top-tier quality and code standards
• Team Supervision: Lead and coordinate construction crews, subcontractors, and trades
• Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams
• Problem-Solving: Resolve on-site challenges efficiently to maintain project momentum
