<ul>
<li>8-12 years of IT experience </li>
<li>3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master </li>
<li>Highly desirable previous experience working for Financial Services / Banks </li>
<li>Strong knowledge of Agile development processes, principles, practices. </li>
<li>Experience with Jira for project management and tracking </li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills </li>
<li>Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams </li>
<li>Highly desirable fluency in Portuguese or Spanish </li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field </li>
