Your Role as a Real Estate Sales Agent:

  • Follow up with leads to convert them into sales
  • Build relationships that lead to referrals and repeat clients
  • Conduct buyer and seller consultations to identify client needs, then find properties that meet their criteria
  • Host open houses to showcase listings
  • Oversee the transaction process, ensuring a smooth experience from listing to closing
  • Use your local market knowledge to educate clients about communities, homes, and nearby amenities


Requirements:

  • Past sales experience is an asset, but we welcome those new to the field
  • Tech-savvy with excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
  • Highly organized and motivated to succeed
